Mission of the Foundation

The mission of our charitable foundation is to provide comprehensive support and assistance to orphans, people with disabilities, Ukrainian servicemen, and their families. We strive to create opportunities for development, improve quality of life, and foster social integration. Through charity, social programs, and active community engagement, we provide essential support and resources to those who need it most. Driven by love for our homeland, we work to help build a strong, united, and thriving Ukraine.

Vision of the Charitable Foundation

We envision a peaceful Ukraine where every orphaned child has the opportunity to grow up in a loving and happy family, where people with disabilities can live fulfilling lives and realize their potential, and where servicemen and their families receive the support, honor, and respect they deserve from society. Our foundation aspires to be a reliable partner in building an inclusive and patriotic society where everyone has equal opportunities to grow and achieve their dreams. We believe that by uniting our efforts toward a common goal, we are creating a bright future for every citizen of our beloved Ukraine.

About the Foundation

The charitable foundation "Support Wheel" began its volunteer activities in 2022 with the mission to provide assistance to victims of war, orphaned children, people with disabilities, and Ukrainian defenders—both men and women—who were injured and are undergoing treatment or rehabilitation in hospitals and in need of any form of support.

"Support Wheel" operates for the benefit of society, addressing various social, medical, and economic challenges. Through partnerships with sponsors, donors, and volunteers, the foundation raises funds to supply medical and military equipment, as well as medical and social aid to those who need it most.

In 2023, the foundation organized and hosted the "Support Wheel" Amusement Festival in Vinnytsia, which ran for nearly two months. During the festival, a wide range of cultural, artistic, and educational events took place, including concert programs featuring leading creative groups and solo performers from Vinnytsia, exhibitions, masterclasses, mini-projects for International Children’s Day, and ceremonies to mark the festival's opening and closing.

In cooperation with local NGOs, numerous charity events were also held for Ukrainian defenders undergoing treatment and rehabilitation, as well as for children with special needs and children displaced by the war. Around 700 individuals were able to enjoy amusement rides, robotics exhibitions, and exotic animal displays free of charge.

Thanks to the dedication of the foundation’s team and its volunteers, over 500,000 UAH was raised. These funds were used to purchase and deliver medications and food to rehabilitation centers, install air conditioning systems in two gymnasiums, build an outdoor sports ground with specialized equipment, and provide five DJI Mavic 3 drones to military units.

The organization, led by Director Ihor Liubovskyi, officially obtained its charitable foundation status in September 2023. Today, "Support Wheel" continues to actively support the military and their families, victims of terrorist attacks, and those in urgent need due to health-related issues. We remain committed to identifying the needs of our fellow Ukrainians and will continue to act until every person in need receives the help they deserve.
